The Caseificio Fucci owns over 100 cows kept freely in ample stalls and nourished with forage produced on site; they produce milk of the “high quality” circuit: this excellent certified raw material then gives rise to cheeses produced by hand and with natural technologies in the company dairy.

The freshness and quality of the cheeses are guaranteed by the tracking and traceability of all the products. The processing techniques used respect the naturalness of the product, so as not to alter the organoleptic qualities of the milk, respecting the traditions of the territory and the family.
The display case of the company store is filled with many types of fresh cheeses, both stretched and aged.

All year round, but especially during the holidays, it is possible to order gift baskets and packages in various types and sizes.
