In Romagna cuisine dominate first courses, frequently based on <\/span><\/p>\n

egg and flour puff dough rolled with roll pin <\/span><\/h2>\n

and presented in various forms and combinations: stuffed with meat, cheese or ricotta and vegetables, in broth, in the form of tagliatelle<\/strong> or lasagna<\/strong> with meat beef, pork or game sauce. <\/span><\/p>\n

Among the soups in broth, the most important dishes of Romagna are passatelli<\/strong> and cappelletti<\/strong>. The spoja lorda<\/strong> is also very common as and the \u201cZuppa Imperiale<\/strong>\u201d.
