The harvest of the grapes in September saw the great red varieties protagonists. While the first white clusters destined for sparkling wine have been harvested as early as the third week of August.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Sparkling wines<\/h3>\n<p>Among these there is the\u00a0<strong>Trebbiano<\/strong>\u00a0for &#8220;Bol\u00e8&#8221;, the first Romagna Spumante\u00a0POD, born from the collaboration between the\u00a0Caviro\u00a0and\u00a0Cevico\u00a0cooperative wineries. It is a partnership born within the &#8220;Novebolle&#8221; project of the Consorzio\u00a0Vini\u00a0di Romagna to enhance sparkling wines of the area all over the World. Strolling in the days of harvest along the vineyards you can breathe intense perfumes and an air of celebration. Even if the work between the rows requires great effort and attention to be able to bring each variety to the cellar to the perfect degree of ripeness.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Tour through the vineyards during harvest<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A special occasion to closely observe the work of the winemakers is the\u00a0<strong>Trat-Tour<\/strong> organized by the Association for the\u00a0Oriolo\u00a0Tower. Every Saturday in September, a panoramic wagon brings families and wine tourists around the cellars of\u00a0Oriolo\u00a0dei\u00a0Fichi, to taste<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stradadellaromagna.it\/en\/?page_id=549\"><strong> local wines<\/strong><\/a>. Here the home grape is the\u00a0<strong>Centesimino<\/strong>, able to amaze in all its garments with its aromas and its intense\u00a0flavor. In fact, it is enough to move a few\u00a0kilometers\u00a0to enjoy bottles with very different shades, but all equally fascinating. Some examples? Try to approach dry\u00a0Albana\u00a0by Trer\u00e8\u00a0and\u00a0Podere\u00a0La Berta, the sweet\u00a0Albana\u00a0by Cantina di Faenza and Cantine Intesa and the racin version of the wineries Ferrucci and\u00a0Gallegati.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Surprising indigenous Grapes<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Among the last grapes to be harvested, together with <strong>Sangiovese<\/strong> that in the territory of Riolo Terme finds\u00a0 wineries such Quadalti\u00a0and\u00a0Podere\u00a0Torre\u00a0Mazzolano, we find two other red native vines going down to the plain: the\u00a0<strong>Longanesi\u00a0grapes<\/strong> and the <strong>Grape of\u00a0Tund\u00e8<\/strong>. From the first, whose name is linked to the farm\u00a0Longanesi\u00a0Daniele discoverer of the vine, but which has numerous interpreters including the Randi and\u00a0Celti\u00a0Centurioni\u00a0cellars, the vigorous\u00a0<strong>Burs\u00f4n<\/strong>\u00a0is born.
