Az. Agricola Ferrucci Stefano

The Azienda Agricola Ferrucci, founded in 1932, owns about 15 Ha, mostly hilly terrain, in one of the most fortunate oenological zones in all of the region of Romagna.

The expertise of wine makers, with the support of high-tech machinery and equipment, then governs the entire production cycle, from the fields to the cellar. The cantina, made from a building dating back to Roman times that is believed to have been a posting house ordered by Gaius Gracchus (gens Caia), preserves all the charm and perfumes typical of these environs while co-existing with modern technological equipment.

The most recent years of the company’s life were dominated by important investments in research and experimentation of clonal selections and various types of curving of the vines, all with a view to ongoing refinement of the grape variety, starting with the vine itself and the quality of the grapes.
The main wines produced are: Sangiovese di Romagna, Albana di Romagna, Trebbiano di Romagna, and Colli di Faenza.
